Oregon Scientific THN122N Thermometer...

Outdoor numbers do not appear. New batteries have been installed in both the sensor and the display piece. Reset has been done. How do we get this working again?

3 New Batts in BOTH units. Re-set to CH 1 on remote Re-set to Ch 1 on Base No reading from outside????

1 Both batteries have been changed. Both components set to ch 1. Reset has been pressed. Still no outside reading
