Have Model HEM-751AC monitor with memory button. How can I erase the readings on memory. Readings in memory are low so cuff does no inflate high enough?

0 Sounds like you have a leak. Cuff,cuff's tubing, or, internal leak @ the pump motor. Memory doesn't control inflation.
