Question About Omron Healthcare Blood Pressure Monitor HEM-412C

If I take my BP 3 consecutive times in a morning (within 5 min) I get completely different readings ie: 140/78, 101/ 68, and 119/78. I stay still inbetween readings. Which one do I believe, or is something wrong with my monitor?
