I just bought this used. The pressure reading stops at 171/172. Is this correct?

0 Once the test starts, you can press and hold the ON/OFF button until it inflates to the desired level you want. But it automatically inflates to 170mmHG otherwise. http://www.manualslib.com/manual/140085/Relion-7100rel.html?page=17#manual
