I can NOT get the same results I am confused using...

I can NOT get the same results I am confused using my Omron BP machine ( Lost Instruction manual ) Please help 1. Do I HOLD the Start button until it reads 111 THEN do I AGAIN press STOP before pressing Start button again? What does it mean when 000 comes up first DO I THEN PRESS STOP before pressing START on either 111 or 000 Thank You
