Question About Maverick Ventures Thermometer BB-22
I have a Maverick BB-22 remote cooking thermometer...

I have a Maverick BB-22 remote cooking thermometer. I tried cooking a London broil on the grill using the thermometer. I stuck the probe half way into the meat. Turned the transmitter on it seemed to work find for a few minutes and all of a sudden HHH was displayed. What did I do wrong?
