I have a MF-31 digital monitor. My arm is 13 inches and I need to know how to adjust the release screw so that it goes down 2-3 mm. Hg.per second. Where do I see the mm pressure to that I can see the drop ? I have the instructions but I don't understand this part. Bill Duvall
