I have no manual to instruct me on how to use my monitor even though I believe I am working with an old machine. I would like to obtain a new monitor if possible. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and my funds are very low so if possible is there a way to obtain a free or reduced price upper arm blood pressure monitor?
