5 Err 3 appears when pressure value did not increase during cuff inflation: 1) cuff is not fastened 2) air connector is back- wards or not connected properly. Recommended action: Make sure cuff tube is properly connected to monitor, cuff is securely fastened and exhaust rate is between 2 mmHg and 5 mmHg.
