Have a LYNX-3 that will not operate.Has good batterie . all the cabling seems intact Have a voltage out at the throttle of 2.5 volts stopped about .5 and 4.5 in full forward and reverse down to the speed control module. is this right? could the module be bad? The owner has no money so I am trying to repair it for her. Thanks Bill J.
