Question About Invacare Mobility Scooter Panther lx4
I just replaced the batteries and they are fully charged...

I just replaced the batteries and they are fully charged. When I turn the key I hear a click from the motor area and it will not move. I engaged and disengaged the brake and the wheels are locked. When I force the wheels to spin the rear wheels spin in opposite directions.
