Bought power chair used without owner's manual. Can batteries be charged with an ordinary battery charger?

0 Yes, you can charge wheelchair batteries with a standard car charger as long as you match the charger voltage with battery voltage and don't exceed 8 amps. If your batteries are tied together to get 24 volts for your chair, you will have to charge them seperately. Be sure to unplug batteries from chair while charging.
