My Honeywell thermostat has a frost setting on the humidity control panel. How do I set this? There is an outdoor thermometer, but it doesn't read the proper temp because the installer placed it where it gets direct sun. It is 1 degree outside and sunny so my outdoor thermometer thinks its 14 degrees. Does this affect the internal humidity and if so is there a way to override the outdoor temp? This is the third winter with this system and the humidifier has never worked properly.
