I bought your product this fall put theoutside thermometer outside and it stopped working after a couple of weeks. Replaced batteries worked for a couple more weeks now it will not work at all. The last time I went to change batteries and water came out. Model number is pp-ssrmt6, can I just get a new thermometer?
