how do I calibrate my Homedics SC-535 scale? The ...

how do I calibrate my Homedics SC-535 scale? The reason I think it might need re-calibrating is each time I get on the sale during the same couple of minutes, the scale shows a different weight. The first weight is never the same as the next two weigh-ins. ie, 143.4 then 142.2, 142.2
