Question About HoMedics Scale SC-522

How do I delete a user and reset weight, BMI information? It keeps giving same weight and I have to keep taking battery out. It gives correct weight to user 1 (husband) but it gets stuck for user 2 (me). I created 'user 3' but that just did not work and now it blinks in between user 2 and user 3..... HELP!
