Why does my WGNBPW-710 consitentlyl give me either...

Why does my WGNBPW-710 consitentlyl give me either 33 or weird readings, some as low as 79 over 63. My cardiologist yesterday took it at 160 over 109. I bought a new monitor, followed the instructions. What should I do?
