Homedics WGNBPA-550 will not upload data into heal...

Homedics WGNBPA-550 will not upload data into health vault. just plugs into computer and does nothing. Computer makes connection noise, but can find any way to start data transfer. There is a HoMedics icon in the explorer window, but it is blank or empty.
