How do I clear the memory? It was working fine until I went to add another person, and now it weighs less than it should. I can't find the user manual for this particular model.

0 The only way to clear the memory is to remove the battery a few days. When you reinsert the battery, the memory should be erased. The only problem I had was when I reinserted the battery, it was no longer reading my weight. I rang HoMedics who just advised me to return it and get a replacement scale.
