According to the manual ... (1) With the scale OFF press and hold the SELECT button for 3 seconds. (2) Press the scroll button to select the desired unit of measurement (LB/KG) ... then press the SELECT button. (3) Press the SELECT and SCROLL buttons simultaneously (at the same time) . Once a graphic of three lines of three dashes appears and flash; the scale will turn off. ALL RECORDS have been DELETED and reset for weight measurement method. Mike Irwin
