Question About Health O Meter Scale HDM770-05
Question...

I can't seem to make my scale go to user 1 or 2. I hold the spot down like the directions say and it just come up with an error. I also tried to let it set itself and then tap it to go to a new user but it doesn't work either. Please let me know what the trick is to getting to the user 1 or 2 so that me and my girlfriend can use it.

0 I have the exact same problem- the instructins just do not help - is there a phone # I can call?

0 You don't just hold that bottom right corner, once the number 1 (or 2) shows up, you tap it until the opposite number comes up. Do you happen to know how to change it from KG to LB? Mine just changed all of the sudden to KG and I don't know how to change it back to LB
