Purchased extended warranty from Wal-Mart on the BFM884DQ1-60 and scale won't work as it should . Won't do all functions and now batteries won't make contact to use scale . STILL COVERED UNDER CONTRACT ! I am totally dis-satisfied with your product's preformance .
