Question About Health O Meter Scale BFM883DQ-01

Hello, I can't get the body fat percentage and recording feature of this scale to work. If I tap in the bottom right it will give me a simple weight, but the buttons won't respond and it won't let me calculate my bodyfat. Are you able to help me with this?
