I received my Health O Meter scale as a present. However I did not get the manual. I don't know what model it is. It is a flat bathroom type digital scale with glass top. Under the top is a chrome metal frame. On the bottom is a sticker that says 4700. Instructions on the top side decal say 1)step on scale corner until 888.8 appears. 2) Wait for 000.0 to appear. 3) Step on scale. See instructions for further details.
