5 I have the manual. 1~ When the scale is off, press and hold the select button for 3 seconds. 2~ Press the scroll button to select the desired unit of measurement (LB/KG) then press the select button. 3~Press the Select and the Scroll buttons simultaneously. Once the - - - appears, release the buttons. The - - - will flash and the scale will turn off. All records have been eliminated.
