Question About Health O Meter Scale HDM 563-81 Y165BN
directions for use...

I have lost the instructions for use of this scale and can't seen to get it to work properly after just playing with it. It has a memory that is supposed to give you amount of pounds lost or gained.

1 when you turn it on by holding it down well you do the same thing but you wait for a 1 or 2 to show up then you weight your self then when you go back to weight your self you go back to the 1 or 2 that you have chosen it has to be the same number then weight yourself again it will tell you what you weight and then it will show you what you have lost.
