0 Monsterscooterparts.com has some parts and user manual for the gc321 but not the service manual.  http://www.goldentech.com is the manufacturer.  They have posted for download manuals for the newer gc340 but not the older gc321 which you seek.  However, the service manual for the gc340 is excellent and I find it helpful for troubleshooting and repairing the gc321 even though there are differences in the older and newer models.  FYI, most parts are interchangeable between the three older models gc321, gc221, gc421.   I bought a used gc221 and am swapping parts into my gc321.  That is another way to get parts, just be sure the parts you need are good on the scooter you buy for parts.
