I have a Golden Companion II 3-wheel mobility scooter. Its about a year old All of a sudden, the tiller adjustment lever won't move and I need to lower the tiller to load it into the back of my SUV, which has a hoist.. I can sees the wire cable attached to the lever. It looks OK. Is ther an adjustment I can make?
