Hi: Dear, Ms Candy Wei Some years ago we bought a block device from your company ,it was good but yesterday its weighing indicator was in 21 error ,I search its error in your site &do all of your Instructions ,its error Was removed ,but it doesn’t show weight ,could you tell me what should we do ?
