Yes...still trying to find the manual or get a response to my question. I have a Conair TH300M Bathroom scale. No instruction. Able to set clock but stepping on scale only produces "Err". Changed battery, set clock and nothing but the err comes up. I should probably take it back to Bed Bath and Beyond but the simpler thing would be to ask for your help. HELP!!!!!!!! Tried before with no response.
