WONT WORK...

WE HAVE REPLACED BATTERY WITH 2 DIFFERENT BATTERIES AND THE SCALES STILL WONT COME ON. WE HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS. WHAT CAN WE DO?
