5 This is frustrating. The manual should come with the product. If you have to look it up on line, it should be there without so much hassle.

1 To reset your scale first you have press the set button when the 8888 shows up. Then you press the user button until you get to the one you want to reset. The first thing that will show up is the height, press the up or down button and then press set. The second thing that shows up is the age press the up and down button then press set. I know this works because I just reset my scale.
