Question About Conair Scale WW37GD
scale not showing weight...

I've had this scale for a couple of yrs with no problem. Now when I step on it I only get "Lo" - the 8888's flash but don't really appear and I can't weigh myself. Has anyone had this problem and know whether it's the battery, or something else? I misplaced the manual. Thanks
