0 1. Tap the scale 2. Weight until it displays "OOOO" 3. Set 4. Use the up arrow then stop on the user you desire 5. Hit set 6 Using the up/down keys plug in height 7 hit set 8 plug in age 9 hit set 10 pick the little man or woman 11 hit set 12 wait That should do it!
