On base of my scales it reads 2008 AN, it is only ...

On base of my scales it reads 2008 AN, it is only weighs, no body fat calculator etc. I've tried to change the battery but now get err sign. Have tried a second battery still not working. Please advise. dorothy.perry55@gmail.com
