My Thinner scale reads "Lo"... so I assumed that m...

My Thinner scale reads "Lo"... so I assumed that means low battery. I changed the battery (#CR2032 Lithium) but now nothing happens. I have reinstalled the battery several times and tried a different (new) battery. Nothing happens. No beep, No nothing. What next?
