I paid $198 for this scale and can't for the life of me work out how to use it. Now, one of the rubber pads on the bottom of the scale has fallen off. When I call the help desk, the unhelpful call centre rep said the company does not repair the scale, and the damage is not covered under the warranty. The online company I purchased it from will not reply to my emails. Can you please advise where I can get the scales serviced please?
