I have replaced batteries and scale (model WW52) still shows "LO". I have three sets of fresh batteries

0 I just called Conair and the guy was really helpful. I'm not sure if his troubleshooting answer will work yet. He says we need to take the old batteries out and not replace them for at least an hour so the remaining charge will drain. After an hour put brand new batteries in and it should now be reset. I'll post in an hour and let you know if it worked.

0 That didn't work. I waited over an hour with the batteries out and then put the new batteries back in. It is still reading "Lo" for about 2 seconds and then turning off. I'll call Conair tomorrow.
