I have a Conair WW77 digital scale. Everytime I step on it all that happens is "Err". I know that I need to loose weight .... but this is giving me a complex! Can someone give me some tips to figure out how to fix this???

0 It's in the instructions. First you tap the scale with your foot to turn it on. Then wait til the numbers appear, and then step on. If you step on too soon, you will see that error message.
