Hi: I just put new batteries into my #WW78 Weight Watchers Scales by Conair, and now nothing will come up on to the display. I have the original Instructions booklet but this is not covered; in fact, there is no section on trouble-shooting. I have searched on-line and cannot find an answer. I have done this on an even surface, with bare feet, and even put a bit of lotion on my feet. Can you help? Thank you . . . Christine
