When the scale was purchased, the settings for the four individualized options [P-01,P-02,P-03,P-04] were done incorrectly. I wasn't initially too concerned because I assumed those settings could be changed. That doesn't appear to be the case. I've even removed the batteries for 24 hours thinking that would affect the internal memory. It didn't! Needless to say it's very irritating that your product has such a flaw!!!
