Question About Conair Scale WW52
Arrow keys don't work...

I just purchased this scale and in trying to set it up I found that the arrow keys do not work. It cycles through all options but does not allow me to change the height setting from the default.

5 had the same problem and called the 800 number. To solve the problem, set scale on floor, tap it on till 0 shows. Then press SET button FIRST, then press P1, press SET, height, adjust with arrows....they will work now.

3 I bought one of these scales and had the same problem... so I exchanged it for another.... and the second one has the same problem so I am trying to find a solution on the internet. Are these just horrible scales or is there a way to fix it??? Has anyone found a solution?
