Our thermoscan is not accurate - readings of 3-4 degrees different in the same minute. Batteries are fine and there is no error message. Have already spent 10 min on hold with wrong dept, next number I was given has a 15 min hold time. Doesn't this product have a lifetime warranty? We would like it repaired or replaced.
