Question About Braun Thermometer 6022
My product 6022 shows HI when the temp is not high...

My product 6022 shows HI when the temp is not high. I have changed batteries, adjusted battery contacts cleaned tip, changed plastic ear sheath etc.... I have the manual. It does not solve this problem. It suggests contacting service centre. You can send away and have serviced but this costs a lot. All i want to know is has anybody solved this problem without sending away to service centre? Thanks

0 Not helpful at all. Did thebperson actually read my issue? I said the manual didnt help and this person actually suggested i use a manual?? This is either autogenerated response or the fool cannot read, or is not interested in my concern. Which is it?
