Question About Braun Thermometer IRT 1020
incorrect reading on thermoscan IRT 1020 type 6005...

when taking temperature in my ear, the reading normally will say about 36 to 38 degrees.. But today its reading 17 degrees.. Its never in 2 years ever read this low, I changed the batterey and cleaned the lens. What could be the problem ?? As i dont know what to do

1 a error message 1118.8 came up, what could this message mean.. As maybe this is telling me to fix something, "i dont know ???
