I have the Braun Thermoscan IRT3020. We used it 2-3 times in the first year and then it started beeping one day in the drawer. We figured it was the battery needing to be replaced. When we put the new battery in, it cleared and seemed fine and then started beeping again with the battery low error message. We don't know what else to do? can anyone recommend anything or is this one broken?
