5 The model I have has no memory button. After much trial and many errors, I worked out how to change from f to c and vice versa. From off, press and hold down the start button... keep holding it down until you see the word set flash between •f and •c. Release your grip on the start button at your preferred setting. So simple it made me giggle when I worked it out!

5 From its "off" state, hold the "mem" and the "start" buttons down for awhile. You will notice that the word "Set" will come up on its display. Dont let go of both the buttons until you see "C." That's it!
