0 I have 3 of these thermometers 2 read err and 1 dosent seem to be working can Isend them to you for repair as they are only a few weeks old.

0 hi guys, my braun thermometer says "ERR", I took out the batteries and let it sit for 10 minutes, and pop back the batteries, and it works again. My daughter was holding it while sleeping, and she has fever at that moment, I think her body heat was still trapped in the themometer causing the ERR message. Similar to the weight scale if you can imagine the same functionality. Hope this help. 07/29/11 Ray
