Question About Braun Styling Iron CORDLESS MEDIUM STYLER C
Won't heat up...

My Braun soothsayer won't heat up, I can hear the gas coming out but when I push switch up to ignite it it won't heat up, this is the 2nd one I've had and both had the same problem. It's not that old and I've hardly used it . Thank you Denise x
