i have a braum millennium 2 series. NL 9171B-2 ser# ca-02340 after raising to floor will not fold back into stored position until use of hand pump lever 1 stroke. at first only 1 out of 10 times now almost every time

0 i have a braun millenium 2 series modle #nl919f1b-2 ser. #bb-01697 prolem we are having is that it will not lift not even lift six hundred pounds it is rated at 800lbs it works fine empty or at maybe 400lbs. checked the clynders not leaking down so is there a pump pressure adjustment .
